The estate encompasses approximately 123 acres of gently rolling land in a rural setting. There are 40 acres of tillable land (currently rented to local farmers,) and there is a river running through the property as well as a 20 acre duck marsh with ponds. The remaining land in three adjoining parcels is mixed woods. There are about three miles of walking, stalking and cross-country trails in the woods. The river both up and downstream flows through open lands, providing excellent additional hunting opportunities.
