| 1. | All communications regarding this property will start with this website. Please communicate in confidence to info@canadiancountrysportingestate.com. We will attempt to respond to inquiries within two days. |
| 2. | All communications will be handled by the owner and eventually with the owner's lawyer. |
| 3. | Selling agents can present a potential purchaser for the initial communication with the seller. Details regarding visits, location, details regarding property, contents, etc. will occur when the seller is confident there is a potential buyer. |
| 4. | Purchase and sale agreements will be standard Ontario, Canada agreements with appropriate amendments as required. |
| 5. | The owners of the property are prepared to simply “walk away” with the exception of some personal items. As you will see, all furnishings and equipment to operate and maintain the property through all seasons is on the property or in the house. There is also a substantial collection of hunting guns that are open for negotiation. |
| 6. | The owners are prepared to list this property for a considerable amount of time, as the property is unique, to say the least. A thorough walk-through of the grounds and buildings will take at least four hours. |
